STUDIU COMPARATIV A FUNCŢIILOR ORTOGONALE HAAR ŞI FOURIER LA TRANSMISIA SEMNALELOR PRIN CABLU CU APLICAŢIE ÎN MATLAB
The paper presents the analyze of a system with distributed parameters using Harr method in comparison with the old method using orthogonal Fourrier Transform. It is an example illustrated, for calculated the Ampere intensity and tension in time domain when we applied an unitary signal on a transmission line. Finally, the analytic solutions are detailed in MatLab Program.

ASPECTS CONCERNING THE RADIAL BEARING’S REFURBISHMENT FOR 13 MW TURBINE – PUMP.
In this work we present some aspects concerning the radial bearing refurbishment for 13 MW turbine-pump. It is described the bearing’s constructive solution and same calculation elements. The refurbishment was made taking into account the site findings, the owner constraint conditions and the comparative results of the calculation. The general considerations about the refurbishment are presented at the final of work.

RESEARCHES ON BOUNDARY LAYER THEORY TO PLANE PROFILE NETWORK CALCULUS.
This paper mainly shows U.C.M.R.’s research regarding the application of boundary layer theory to the optima profile network calculus used for manufacturing the runner blades of axial turbines. The way in which the results obtained in boundary layer and turbulence theory can be used in profile network calculus will be indicated herein.
Through the researches regarding the optimization of profile network by boundary layer theory namely the designing of network with minimum losses there were also achieved two important stages: the establishment of an optimized velocity distribution on the extrados profile and the achievement of corresponding profile from the network.
At the end work we passed on to the application of the method for designing an optimized blade of axial turbine, of generating network concretely, on the basis of obtained results.

APPLICATIONS OF CASTING PROCESSES SIMULATIONS USING MAGMA SOFT.
One of the most performing simulation program for casting and metal solidification is MagmaSoft, program used for the tests presented below. Using MagmaSoft we can test a very large amount of options, avoiding in this way the geminating work and spare a lot of time and money. Based on the simulation results, it was realized a technology that allows the casting of balls made of austenitic manganese steel in a particular way that place the casting defect in the central part of the sphere.
THE ALUMINIUM PLASMA WELDING.
The plasma welding procedure is a relatively recent developed procedure. But, at the outlet from the discharge space, the plasma jet is restraint to pass through a reduced hole, that leads to an arc restraint, resulting a rapid increase of the density of energy.
THE WELDING IN THE CARBON DIOXIDE PROTECTIVE MEDIUM USING HIGH CURRENTS
Once with the introduction of the welding in the CO2 medium, continuous efforts are made for the procedure to be improved and the economy to be increased.
By this notion we refer to the melding in the protective gas medium, with high current densities, i.e. high strength of the current reported to the wire diameter.

TRANSFER ELEMENT MODELING AND SIMULATION.
The paper presents the modeling and simulation of typical transfer element trough implementation of functional blocks making of a process computer realized with operational amplifiers in a proper connection. The simulation is done in a proper modeling language, MatLab – Simulink, based on a block diagram that allows a on-line respectively off-line visualization of the signal diagrams, with the possibility to emphasize the parameters that interfere in the considerate model.

PLANING OF AN EXPERIMENTAL STALL FOR SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY.
The experimental study of some materials with shape memory alloy (Germ. Formgädechnis-Legierung FGL, Franc. Alliages a memoire AM) presents interest thanks to the practical application in different technical fields. This paper presents an experimental stall for testing some wires with shape memory (f.e. Ni-Ti alloy) that allows a determination from the characteristics of length or electrical resistivity in function of temperature with evidence of the hysteresis limit.
A STUDY CONCERNING THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE LADDLE FURNANCE SUPPLIED BY THE ENERGETIC SYSTEM OF SC.CSR.SA FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF THE DISTORTING CONDITIONS AND OF THE VOLTAGE VARIATION.
The present study treats the behaviour of the L.F. towards the electrical energy supplying sourse of the installation. The importance of the analysis of the effects produced by L.F. on the supplying sourse is bigger when the aggregat is electrically connected on the 6kv bar of the enrgetic system of SC.CSR.Sa, bars upon which are flowing energetic stations.

EXPENSION LOOP OF THE COMMAND ANGLE TRANSFORMATION DEPENDENT ON THE FREQUENCY VARIATION OF THE NETWORK AT THE THYRISTOR CHANGERS TYPE ATR.
A functioning thyristor can be assimilated with an on-off switch of a certain frequency and of a certain logic that should satisfy as much as possible the consumers supplied from a network through it. Basically, the setting of the ignition point is obtained comparing two voltages, one being given by a controller and the other one by a block, that takes as a reference element the voltage applied to the thyristor hub/lug or a tact reference, if certain logical conditions required by the equipment are completed.

THE COMMAND SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ON THE THYRISTOR GRID USING INTEGRATED CIRCUITS BAA145 IN THE COMMAND SYSTEM U.R.S.S. TYPE СИØУ AT THE LDS SECTION
This paper solves a problem that has created difficulties to the LDS section once high and frequent voltage frequency fluctuations appeared in the supplying system. The application of the study requires great constructive changes of the electronic blocks from the CИØУ system as well as changes within the internal links of the converters. The solution can be applied to all the subunities in the country equipped with power electronic equipment similar to the ones existing within the L.D.S. section.
In this paper is presented a circuit, which, can the mechanical potentiometer of schemes when a voltage generated will be obtained through electronic circuit, named electronic potentiometer. The block scheme, the roles of component subassemblies and circuit functioned are presented

THE COMPUTERISED PLOTTING OF THE LIQUIDUS SURFACES, FORM THE TERNARY SYSTEM AL-CU-SI
The paper presents the liquidus surface from the diagram of phase equilibrium of the ternary system Al-Cu-Si, obtained through computerised modelling of the liquidus curves from the binary diagrams Al-Si, Si-Cu, Cu-Al. The calculus and graphic plotting of the equations for the binary systems has been performed on the computer with the software programmes MathCad 2000 Professional, Statistica 5, Curve Expert, and for the ternary system Al-Cu-Si, with the 3D StudioMax software.
PLANNING AND COMPUTERISED MONITORING OF AN EXPERIMENT OF THERMAL ANALYSIS OF THE ALLOYS IN THE AL-CU-SI SYSTEM
The paper presents an installation conceived for the automatic registration of the temperature in the thermal analysis, at the industrial and laboratory level, with application to the system of non-ferrous alloys Al-Cu-Si. The experiment performed on the above installation is compared to processes monitored through simulation with specialised software.

THE DISPERSION OF HARDNESS VALUE BY THERMAL SPRAYED DEPOSITS WITH VARIOUS COUPLE OF WIRES.
Thermal sprayed layers deposited with couples of wires was investigated for obtain the dispersion of hardness values by the thickness of the layer. The layers were obtained by thermal spraying with electrical arc on internal cylindrical surfaces using different non-ferrous wires, like aluminum bronze and brass.

Industrial drawings, plots and patterns are products of intellectual creation, attaching a specific print upon an object, these belonging to the industrial property rights; hence the necessity of protecting them by law. The law no.129/29 December 1992 – on the protection of industrial drawings, plots and patterns, republished in the Official Gazette no. 193 / March 26th 2003 represent the legal frame for the above.

The subjects of the rights regarding the industrial drawing, plots and patterns are their authors – natural persons or legal entities, as well as their heirs in rights. The main rights of the authors of industrial plots and patterns are: the exclusive right to product exploitation, the right of the certificate holder to forbid third parties to execute, without their consent, the reproduction, manufacture, marketing, sale, or use of the respective industrial plot or pattern; the holder‘s right to apply a distinctive mention on the products incorporating the drawing or pattern, accompanied by the holder’s name or the number of the Registration Certificate.
